New Beginnings
Happy New Year and Decade!
Already January has nearly slipped away, and the brand new feeling of 2010 is perhaps not as shiny as it was a few weeks ago. By the way, have we made up our minds yet if it is "twenty-ten" or "two-thousand ten?"
Experts tell us that most resolutions are doomed to fail, and by now, many of our best intentions have begun to crumble under the pressures of "real life."
Still, I believe that change is not that hard, as long as you really want that change to happen. Sure, we all want to see the results of those good intentions. But if the process is no fun, it is very hard to stick to the program.
This year, I wish for all of us that we might really be the change we want to see, both in the world and in ourselves. In other words, living the reality we desire: behaving like healthy, fit people do; living like a financially savvy expert would; speaking and existing as if kindness and peace were the norm; and expressing our creativity, joy and soulfulness, without shame or fear.
Blessings for a new beginning!
