Could You Use Some Good News for a Change?

According to the national spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association and author of Diet Simple: 192 Mental Tricks, Substitutions, Habits & Inspirations, Dr. Katherine Tallmadge, one dietary luxury that is better for you than you might think is dark chocolate.

She explains that people who eat dark chocolate have slightly lower blood pressure, and benefit from its antioxidants. It can also help reduce inflammation and improve blood flow. Just limit yourself to no more than an ounce a day, and look for a high percentage of pure cocoa or high flavanol content.
